How to get FaceTime in the Dubai United Arab Emirates?

Apple's iOS 13.6 update, released today, appears to enable FaceTime in the United Arab Emirates, a country where the ‌FaceTime‌ app was previously unavailable for use since many years.
A lot of customers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of UAE always complained about not being able to use FaceTime on iPhone, iPad or even their MacBook Pro.
United Arab Emirates was one of the only country in the world where FaceTime was blocked, which we respect fully as it is as per UAE Telecommunication Rules to lock FaceTime.
But, with the Pandemic COVID-19 issues, a lot of Dubai Residents wanted to use FaceTime to call their family, not only because of matter of free call, but also to see their friends, children in front of them as FaceTime is one of the best video call quality even better than Skype, Zoom etc.
Now, it is possible to use FaceTime in UAE. What do you need to do to activate FaceTime in Dubai?
Please keep in mind that, no official announcement was made by UAE Authority but if you wish to give it: the iPhone needs to be set to another region, for example UK, Germany or France.
After doing so, you will have to wait for a few seconds and FaceTime will appear on your mobile. Please note that maybe you will need to use a VPN to make calls, but always keep in mind that VPN are strictly prohibited in Middle East
